We’ve been in a climate crises for decades, yet only in the last few years has the movement found a voice. As consumers demand more from brands and manufacturers, how can companies keep up with the shift in public demand?
We set out to discover how inconvenient it is to buy plastic-free on the UK high street, and evaluate how some of the main UK supermarkets are performing at keeping up with consumer demand. This research combines life-logging and online interviews with over 2,500 people.
